EZ Arcade is a division of Evolution gaming platform. EZ Arcade develops online gaming on real-life electro-mechanical machines that connect to Evolution gaming network. The role of Software Developer in the Controller Team includes development of embedded code for the machine controller, activate and control various electronic and electrical devices in implementing the game logic, player control of the machine. The Developer will write real-time event-driven code, device drivers and flow control, as well as will research, define, build and test processes and procedure that will run on the controller, hence we are looking for independent, self-motivated candidates who love to learn, test and adapt and who understand event-driven programming.

Responsibilities

• Learn current code base, processes, techniques and implementations.
• Develop new features for current and future gaming machines.
• Research for new techniques and tools to improve machine performance.
• Handle entire code life cycle, from development of new features, bug fixing, tests, deployment and monitoring of code behavior.
• Work with existing team members to improve the systems and machines.

• At least 2 years of experience as Python programmer.
• Thorough knowledge of event-driven programming.
• Problem-solving skills and relentless problem-solver attitude.
• Node.JS and Raspberry Pi experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal working English.
