Job Description
Evolution, a leading online casino provider, is expanding its team of Game Presenters. This role involves presenting live casino games on-camera, engaging with players, and ensuring a memorable experience. New hires will receive two weeks of training at the Evolution Academy, covering core casino games and on-camera presentation skills. The studio operates 24/7, requiring flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates should be professional, service-oriented, responsible, and quick learners.
Must have:
- Professional, mature, and understand workplace guidelines.
- Strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsible and dedicated to the role and team collaboration.
- Ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for live players.
- Quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new concepts.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables.
- Repeated use of both hands and arms.
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away.
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe).
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear.
Good to have:
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
