About the role

We are looking for passionate and ambitious college graduates to join our dynamic engineering team as Software Engineers. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, cloud technologies, and conversational interfaces, and to contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that directly impact millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our AI-driven platform.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and AI research to build features end-to-end.
  
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best software engineering practices.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team stand-ups.
  
  
• Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed university (e.g., Top 100 globally recognized institutions).
  
  
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
  
  
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
  
  
• Understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and database systems.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience or academic projects in software development, AI, or cloud infrastructure.
  
  
• Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  
  
• Exposure to machine learning, NLP, or conversational AI technologies is a plus.

The base salary range for this role will be between $125,000-$140,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
