Job Description
- Analyze and design billing and payments modules
- Implement solutions in order-to-cash, billing, and finance
- Deliver multiple technical solutions at enterprise level
- Review and evaluate functional and technical designs
- Experience with Bitbucket, GIT, Java, JavaScript, and Jira
- Experience with Lucidchart, Oracle RMB, and Scripts
Zuora, Inc. seeks Solution Architect to:
- Conduct sessions with clients to analyze and gather requirements;
- Design and document functional and technical solutions based on approved customer requirements;
- Configure and test Zuora’s software to meet approved designs;
- Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with the development team and customer(s);
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to the customer; and
- Support the customer in responding to functional and technical questions.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects/Consultants, or a related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following:
- Analyzing/designing billing and payments modules;
- Solution implementation in the areas of order-to-cash, billing, finance, cost and revenue accounting, and project accounting;
- Delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level;
- Reviewing and evaluating both functional and technical designs;
- Bitbucket, GIT, Java, JavaScript, and Jira; and
- Lucidchart, Oracle RMB, and Scripts.
