This role is for a Solution Architect focusing on AI, responsible for understanding customer needs, designing technically advanced solutions using Intel products, and supporting the sales team. Key responsibilities include technical presentations, collaborating with engineering, staying updated on industry trends, and advocating Intel's capabilities. The role requires pre-sales expertise, industry knowledge in AI, analytics, and data processing, and strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer challenges.
Must have:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Advocate Intel-based products and solutions.
  • Develop/validate demonstrations of use case capabilities on Intel architecture.
  • Influence and execute creation of new solutions and software optimization.
  • Collaborate with CSPs, SaaS providers, OEMs, ISVs, SI/MSPs.
  • Gather customer feedback on satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
  • Deliver keynotes and presentations at technical forums.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales or technical sales engineering.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in analytics, AI, and data processing.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues during pre-sales and implementation.
Good to have:
  • Strong track record of selling Technical Cloud - Public, Private, Hybrid, Datacenter technologies and AI solutions.

Job Details

Exhibits solid understanding of key technology trends, industry segments and Intel's product lines to develop technically advanced solutions that help solve customer business problems, while creating significant pull for Intel's products and solutions. AI is the focus domain as the key requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage pre-sales expertise to understand potential customer needs and challenges.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify how your company's products or services can address them.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to the customer requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by creating proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, manufacturing technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Influences and advocates the technical abilities of Intel-based products and solutions for Intel's BUs through a vertically oriented, solutions-led approach to business and information technology (IT).
  • Advocate and demonstrate technically advanced solutions that help solve customer business challenges while creating a significant pull for Intel's products and solutions by developing and / or validating (replicating) demonstrations that demo use case capabilities on Intel architecture.
  • Candidate should have thought leadership of solutions architecture to influence and execute the creation of new solutions, software and services optimization through technical engagement and utilization of Intel product capabilities across the solution stack.
  • Collaborates with global cloud service providers (CSPs), digital services/SaaS providers, enterprise OEMs, cloud and public sector customers, independent software vendors (ISVs) and solutions integrator/managed service provider (SI/MSP) partners to maximize utilization of Intel products' capabilities in the foresaid vertical.
  • Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
  • Delivers keynotes and presentations at Intel, industry and customer technical forums to position Intel as a thought and product leader.

Pre-Sales Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in a pre-sales or technical sales engineering role, including experience in presenting technical concepts to C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations and articulate how Intel technologies address specific customer needs.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and data processing.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies for assessing database and data processing performance.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Proven ability to analyze complex customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the pre-sales and implementation phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 1-3yrs of experience.
