Job Summary

SailPoint's Professional Services team offers a supportive environment focused on employee success, helping customers maximize their identity governance platform. This role, part of the Professional Services team, is a technical lead responsible for the successful installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments, and assisting implementation partners in this process.

Must Have

  • Install, integrate, and deploy IdentityIQ in client environments
  • Communicate product and implementation aspects to clients and partners
  • Perform post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Work with clients post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance
  • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
  • Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners
  • 5-7+ years of professional work experience in enterprise software or systems integration
  • 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
  • Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
  • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms
  • Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL databases
  • Experience with LDAP, AD directories
  • Excellent communication skills and client/partner interaction experience

  • Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell)
  • Familiarity with RBAC
  • Experience with QA duties (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)

  • Experience in a startup company
  • J2EE certification

The PS team works to get our customers the help needed to maximize their identity governance platform with extensive, solution-specific experience, our consultants are dedicated to ensuring success before, during and after our customers' SailPoint implementation.

This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for playing the technical lead role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments and assisting our implementation partners in that process.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, integration and deployment of the IdentityIQ product in client environments.
  • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
  • Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
  • Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
  • Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus.

Education:

Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred. J2EE certification is a plus. CISSP certification is a plus.

Travel:

This position requires approximately 35% travel.
