Must Have:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM executives.
  • Partner with sales teams to support RFPs and proposals.
  • Demonstrate OEM product portfolio to prospective OEMs.
  • Consult with current OEM customers on product adoption and ROI.
  • Act as primary liaison between OEMs and internal product teams.
  • Design, refine, and deliver OEM-specific solutions with product/engineering teams.
  • Ensure customer needs are documented and communicated to product teams.
  • Lead solution workshops with OEM stakeholders.
  • Support successful solution adoption across OEM and dealer networks.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product management on OEM trends.
  • Help shape product development priorities by articulating OEM customer voice.
  • Support OEMs in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • 3-7 years of experience in solutions consulting, product specialist, or product management.
  • Willingness to travel to OEM sites, industry events, and dealer meetings.

LeadVenture is looking for an OEM Solutions Consultant to join our team!

The OEM Solutions Consultant partners with powersports, marine and RV original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to understand their business needs and deliver technology-driven solutions. This role bridges product expertise, consultative engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to help OEMs improve dealer performance, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the recreation industry, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a role that combines client-facing consulting with close collaboration across internal product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM executives and decision-makers.
  • Partner with sales teams to support RFPs and proposals.
  • Demonstrate our portfolio of OEM products to prospective OEMs.
  • Consult with current OEM customers on product adoption and ROI.
  • Act as the primary liaison between OEMs and internal product teams, ensuring OEM needs are reflected in product roadmaps.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Work directly with product development, engineering, and implementation teams to design, refine, and deliver OEM-specific solutions.
  • Ensure customer needs are clearly documented and communicated to product teams for inclusion in roadmaps and feature enhancements.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and lead solution workshops with OEM stakeholders.
  • Support successful solution adoption across OEM and dealer networks.

Strategic Insights

  • Provide feedback and insights to product management on OEM trends, feature requests, and competitive intelligence.
  • Help shape product development priorities by articulating the voice of the OEM customer.
  • Support OEMs in identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a solutions consulting, product specialist, or product management role.
  • Experience in the powersports, marine, RV, or related OEM industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal product and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex products and explain them in business terms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to OEM sites, industry events, and dealer meetings as required.
