The Data & Analytics division, strengthened by the acquisition of Refinitiv, provides comprehensive financial data and analytics. The role of SOM Enablement Analyst involves guiding clients from inquiry to service delivery, crafting accurate quotes, entering orders meticulously, and ensuring a smooth transition from quotation to billing. The analyst will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations through timely deliveries and maintaining prompt service standards for all products and services. This role also involves managing complex requests and specialty accounts to reduce resolution times, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and trust. Key responsibilities include managing diverse order types with accurate system entries, resolving inquiries effectively by addressing root causes, maintaining high quality and efficiency standards, and contributing to system and process improvements. The analyst will handle complex orders and proactively review orders to prevent disruptions, communicating effectively with all organizational levels to address delays and collaborating to fulfill customer needs.

Job Description:
