Job Description

The Sourcing Manager leads Procurement teams, overseeing strategic sourcing and procurement processes globally, regionally, and nationally. Responsibilities include directing and supervising Procurement Professionals, developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement operations to ensure cost, cash, quality, and service optimization. This role drives value through strategic sourcing, engineering value, innovation delivery, and risk management, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance and cost savings. The role also encompasses overseeing sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management, leading contract negotiations, and driving savings initiatives. The Sourcing Manager is responsible for establishing KPIs, evaluating team performance, formulating and implementing procurement strategies, and developing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to procurement teams.
