Specialist - Cloud Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

Mandatory: Cloud Architect experience working on SAP solutions like eCommerce or similar.

• Lead all technical activities and provide architectural direction and leadership on assigned project teams.

• Lead and participate in efforts with business and technical teams to gather requirements.

• For new projects, develop and document high-level solution architectures, scope, approach, estimation, evaluation of alternatives, patterns and standards, and recommendation.

• Architect and implement highly innovative cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, and reliable.

• Stay current with architecture and technology trends and look for emerging opportunities for application of new technologies.

• Solve complex technical issues and develop solutions that extend service capabilities to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5 years of experience in Solution architecture, Development.

• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed enterprise applications.

• 2+ years of experience designing and building cloud native solutions in Azure, AWS or GCP.

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservice architecture, reactive/event-driven architecture.

• A proven ability to navigate and effectively collaborate with team of IT professionals, cloud Developers, Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data scientists.

• Strong analytical reasoning skills and ability to solve complex software engineering problems.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including with senior business leaders.

• Experience with Azure Compute, Storage and Networking solutions.

• Experience in Azure Data and Analytics solutions.

• Experience in Azure Integration solutions.

• Experience with Enterprise Data Architecture.

• Experience with Agile software development processes.

• Professional Cloud Technical certification (Azure, AWS or GCP).

• Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Policy as Code (PaC)."
