11 bit studios is seeking a Specialist/Senior Marketing Art Producer to join their Marketing & Communications team in Warsaw, Poland. This hybrid role involves coordinating internal 2D and video asset production, managing external marketing material creators, and collaborating with other departments to execute marketing and business plans. Key responsibilities include planning, risk analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with task management platforms like Jira, and advanced English and Polish language skills.
Must have:
- Planning and managing the work of the internal 2D and video asset production department
- Estimating material production time and actively analyzing risk
- Preparing cyclical reports on completed activities
- Cooperation with external entities producing marketing materials
- Cooperation with other company departments within the execution of marketing and business plans
Good to have:
- Being an active PC/console gamer
- Experience in the gamedev or technology industry
- Understanding of marketing processes
- Experience in organizing photo shoots
- Knowledge of graphic and video formats
- Orientation in current graphic and video trends

Job Details
The marketing department at 11 bit studios is looking for a candidate for the position of Marketing Art Producer. This person will be responsible for coordinating the work of the internal team of artists and cooperating with external creators responsible for preparing advertising campaigns for our upcoming titles!
The work will be carried out in a hybrid model (requiring presence at least 3 days a week on-site at the office in Warsaw).
