Must Have

  • Monitor market performance and GGR requirements.
  • Guide SB trading team to improve results.
  • Localize events and markets for maximum offer.
  • Develop Sports Promotional strategy for Marketing.
  • Support customer service escalations.
  • Benchmark local SB operators.
  • Engage in commercial discussions with SB vendors.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in gaming or digital industry.
  • Experience with tech platforms and product development.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Air table, Intercom.

What you will do:

As a SB Product Specialist, you will ensure the development of the product vertical including the digital positioning, the promotional strategy, user experience improvement and customer support. You will act as an engine between the global team, the regulators, and vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with our sportsbook.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of market performance vs GGR requirements.
  • Monitoring of SB market performance and guidance to the SB trading team to improve the results according to the local needs.
  • Events and markets localization to ensure the max offer
  • Provide Sports Promotional strategy to Mkt team.
  • Support CS escalations.
  • SB constant local operators benchmarks.
  • Commercial discussions current SB vendor that can boost our current offer.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English and have excellent comms skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the gaming or digital industry.
  • Experience of working with tech platforms and product development.
  • Motivated, hardworking, able to manage self and other tasks to meet required deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Air table & Intercom.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous.
  • Startups knowledge advantageous.
