Job Summary
Aledade is seeking an experienced Sr AI Solutions Analyst II to drive the responsible adoption of AI solutions. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, designing practical solutions, and ensuring compliance with AI policies and regulations like HIPAA. The analyst will support implementation, monitor for policy breaches, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering to achieve safe and effective AI outcomes. Key responsibilities include use case discovery, documentation, adoption support, compliance checks, and cross-functional coordination.
Must Have
- Partner with business units to surface and shape AI opportunities.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and needs assessments.
- Document AI initiatives and apply prioritization frameworks.
- Support creation of technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Assist in selecting appropriate AI approaches and technologies.
- Execute data strategies, including data preparation and quality assessments for AI models.
- Apply Aledade’s AI policies, model standards, and acceptable use guidelines.
- Perform bias detection and fairness evaluations.
- Support creation and maintenance of model documentation and review processes.
- Partner with product/engineering and vendor teams to ensure solution requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance during development and testing phases.
- Validate AI solutions against business requirements and performance metrics.
- Support change management efforts and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data Science/ML, IT, Product, Clinical Ops, and business lines.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives.
- Track issues, risks, and mitigations.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions.
- Experience facilitating use case discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping.
- Foundational knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Good to Have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with MLOps practices and production AI systems.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their implications for AI systems.
- Experience in model risk management, model validation, or AI auditing.
- Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr AI Solutions Analyst II to support the discovery, design, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across the business. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, helps craft practical solution approaches, and ensures adherence to Aledade’s AI policies and applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA). You will support implementation and change management efforts, monitor for policy breaches, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering to drive safe, effective AI outcomes. You’ll be hands-on with use case discovery, documentation, adoption support, compliance checks, and cross-functional coordination.
Primary Duties
- Business Consultation & Use Case Discovery
- Partner with business units to surface and shape AI opportunities that align with Aledade’s strategic objectives and value-based care mission.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and needs assessments to translate complex business challenges into technically feasible AI use cases with clear success metrics and constraints.
- Document AI initiatives and apply prioritization frameworks (evaluating impact, effort, and compliance) to maintain a centralized AI use case backlog and status.
AI Solution Design & Architecture
- Support the creation of technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Assist in selecting appropriate AI approaches and technologies based on defined requirements.
- Execute data strategies, including data preparation and quality assessments for AI models.
Compliance & Ethical AI Governance
- Apply Aledade’s AI policies, model standards, and acceptable use guidelines; identify potential breaches and escalate to Security/Compliance.
- Perform bias detection and fairness evaluations using established frameworks.
- Support creation and maintenance of model documentation and review processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implementation & Adoption Support
- Partner with product/engineering and vendor teams to ensure solution requirements, guardrails, and integration patterns are understood and implemented.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance during the development and testing phases.
- Validate AI solutions against business requirements and performance metrics.
- Support change management efforts and facilitate knowledge transfer to business users for long-term ownership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data Science/ML, IT, Product, Clinical Ops, and business lines; ensure alignment on risk and value.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives; assist with consensus-building and structured decision-making (e.g., RACI, decision records).
- Track issues, risks, and mitigations; ensure timely escalation and closure.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
- Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains
- Experience facilitating use case discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping with non-technical stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI)
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred KSA’s
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with MLOps practices and production AI systems

Physical Requirements
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
