Responsible for developing measurement programs for CMMs, improving existing programs, creating fixturing solutions, and training team members. Also includes conducting measurement analyses and optimizing measurement times to enhance efficiency. Provides ongoing support to laboratory technicians and the engineering team whenever needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's, technical, or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of CMM programming experience, specifically with Zeiss (Calypso software) and/or Mitutoyo (MCOSMOS software).
Background in machining and/or experience with automotive suppliers preferred.
Manufacturing environment.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
Must have adequate vision to validate and enter data on a computer.
Work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
