A Sr. Digital Marketing Operations Analyst supervises and manages daily operations of digital channels, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results. They coordinate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure integration and effectiveness of digital strategies, aiming to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Must have:
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from digital audiences, web traffic, social media, and video streaming platforms.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for information extraction.
  • Measure the performance of digital advertising campaigns and generate recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in digital content consumption.
  • Support in preparing presentations with insights for commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing areas to integrate data into business strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital metrics (impressions, CTR, VTR, engagement rate, hours viewed, unique users).
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • 3 years in digital data analysis.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Systems Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English.

The Digital area in an organization focuses on developing and executing digital strategies to drive the company's growth and competitiveness. This includes managing digital channels such as websites, social media, and mobile applications, as well as implementing emerging technologies and digital marketing solutions to improve customer experience and increase the brand's online presence.

About you:

A Sr. Digital Marketing Operations Analyst supervises and manages the daily operations of a company's digital channels, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results. They coordinate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure the integration and effectiveness of digital strategies, with the aim of maximizing the efficiency and profitability of digital channels.

Your day to day:

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from digital audiences, web traffic, social media
  • video streaming platforms.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for information extraction.
  • Measure the performance of digital advertising campaigns and generate recommendations.
