Job Description
Serve on a scrum team to write test cases for development efforts. Write code to automate testing of UIs, APIs, and other backend components. Create test plans and automated functional, regression, unit, security, stress, and load tests. Requires excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in quality assurance engineering, particularly with web-based applications. Proficiency in QA test scripts and hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and test automation tools like Selenium and SOAPUI are essential.
Good To Have:
- Experience in FinTech and global teams
- 3+ years of Automation QA experience
- Advanced formal education or third-party certifications
- Experience with security automation, static and dynamic code checking tools
- Experience testing APIs
- Experience with DevOps automation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, and ability to communicate detailed technical analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, adaptable and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

- Experience with industry-standard QA tools for defect tracking, source control, and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Rally)
- Strong software configuration/integration testing and automation experience
- Ability to critique work of self and others constructively
