Job Description

The company is VIPRE Security Group, part of ZIFF DAVIS, a global cybersecurity company protecting millions of consumers and businesses. This role is for a Sr FP&A Analyst, reporting to the FP&A Sr. Manager, focusing on supporting the B2C Business Unit products like IPVanish, StrongVPN, and LiveDrive. The analyst will be a business partner for Product, Marketing, R&D, and Network Operations stakeholders in both North America and Europe. Key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring departmental expenses, creating ad-hoc analyses, developing business models, preparing rolling forecasts, analyzing actuals versus budget, assessing KPIs, assisting with the 3-year plan and annual budget, and supporting M&A activities.

Good To Have:

M&A and Financial Modelling experience
Experience in the SaaS industry
Knowledge of Oracle PBCS

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 2 years' experience as Financial Analyst or in Big 4/consulting
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience analyzing large datasets
Ability to proactively identify issues

The Role

You will be part of the FP&A team reporting to the FP&A Sr. Manager.

You will play a key role in supporting the business growth looking after the B2C Business Unit products (IPVanish, StrongVPN, LiveDrive, etc.).

This role is fully remote in Mexico and your stakeholders are in both USA and EU.

You will:

Be the business partner for some of the business unit stakeholders (Product, Marketing, R&D, Network Operations) for both NA and EU.
Prepare and monitor departmental expenses
Create ad-hoc analysis on data centre vs cloud, processing fees, etc..
Develop business models to reflect current and future business needs
Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecast and provide actual vs. budget and target analyses with explanation
Assess and track key performance indicators and perform trend analysis to build sound forecasting
Assist in the preparation of the 3Yrs Plan and on the annual budget
Assist on M&A as required

You should apply if

You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
You have at least 2 years’ experience in Big 4 / Top consulting firms or as Financial Analyst
You have an advanced level MS Excel
You have experience analysing large sets of data and the ability to proactively identify issues
