Must have:
  • Pioneer front-line data and trading support for CME Group's external customers, encompassing product, technical, connectivity, and functionality challenges.
  • Drive end-to-end incident resolution, meticulously tracking root causes and implementing preventative measures to fortify system resilience.
  • Inform critical stakeholders with precise, timely reports on established process failures, contributing to continuous operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.
  • Optimize and refine monitoring tools and alert mechanisms to proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers.
  • 3-5 years of proven customer facing experience in data or trade support, ideally managing front office production applications via diverse communication channels.
  • Deep understanding of data lifecycles, complemented by knowledge of downstream technical and business processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting language and data analytics tools.
  • Expert-level command of MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Good to have:
  • Proficiency with leading industry charting and news platforms, such as Bloomberg and Eikon - Preferrable
  • Familiarity with native exchange protocols is a plus

  • Some practical knowledge of FIX protocol; familiarity with native exchange protocols is a plus.

  • Expert-level command of MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
