Job Summary: We are seeking a highly technical and visionary Senior Lead Product Manager to join our Agentic AI team. This individual will help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation AI agent platform, focusing on building, operationalizing, and applying a scalable platform designed for agent-based products. The role will encompass sub-agent orchestration, LLM integration, MCP tooling, and core infrastructure to apply and power agentic products across PayPal and our external partners.

You’ll be directly within the AI organization, reporting to the Head of Product for Agentic AI, working alongside world-class engineers and researchers, acting as a key conduit between our team and both external-facing agentic product initiatives — spanning external AI applications, merchants, as well as our internal PayPal and Venmo applications.
