You’ll lead a high-performing team at the intersection of learning, technology, and transformation—designing experiences that empower every employee to work expertly and responsibly with AI. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Core AI, IT, Communications, Legal, and business leaders across the company to deliver on one of our top priorities: building an AI-fluent, AI-capable workforce. If you’re motivated by building from the ground up, leading change at scale, and translating complexity into clarity—this role is for you!

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Define and evolve the long-term strategy for AI Enablement, aligning with enterprise priorities and responsible AI practices.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team responsible for scaling AI learning experiences across the company.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across Talent, Tech, and Business units.
  • Encourage curiosity and confidence in AI through intentional, and future-focused enablement efforts.

Program Ownership & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of the AI Academy, with learning pathways that support Explorers, Implementers, and Builders.
  • Translate AI trends and business needs into scalable, experiential learning solutions—including simulations, use cases, and sandbox environments.
  • Champion responsible experimentation and safe adoption of AI tools and practices, in partnership with Legal and Risk teams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Academy roadmap, aligning resources, partnerships, and metrics to support growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connector between technical and non-technical teams—translating AI fluency into business impact.
  • Partner with Core AI, IT, Engineering, Comms, and Brand teams to surface relevant use cases and drive awareness and adoption.
  • Curate content with internal SMEs and external providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, vendors), ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Lead all aspects of the design and evolution of the Academy’s digital experience (e.g., LMS, internal hub).

Measurement, Insights & Reporting

  • Define and track success metrics that go beyond consumption—focusing on behavior change, confidence building, and business enablement.
  • Synthesize learning data into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement—evolving strategy based on feedback, insights, and organizational shift.

What You Will Bring

  • Based out of one of these offices working our hybrid model in office 3 days per week: Austin Texas, Salt Lake City Utah or Toronto Canada.
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, digital transformation, or enablement strategy—ideally in tech, innovation, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact teams and programs across sophisticated, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep curiosity about AI/ML and emerging tech; confident in navigating technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Expertise in crafting scalable learning programs, managing vendors and platforms, and curating inclusive experiences.
