Good To Have:

Major experience in multi-threading development
Experience with Kafka in microservices environment

Must Have:

7+ years’ experience in server-side development in Java
3+ years’ experience in managing teams (8-12 people), while still doing some hands-on coding
Experience with design and implementation of microservices
Experience with Spring framework
Experience with OO design and design patterns
Experience in building Restful services
Experience with databases
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience in working with agile development methodologies
Team player that can work and support internal and external teams
Mentoring and influencing peers, juniors and senior developers both within the organization and across eBay
Flexibility and passion to learn new domains
Experience in writing user stories based on architecture and software requirements
Experience in debugging and resolving complex production issues
