Job Description

This Sr. Project Engineer role involves managing projects within a pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities include technical support for project design, creating and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS regulations. The role requires communication and coordination with various teams and contractors, including monitoring daily work and providing feedback, and involvement in equipment verification. The candidate will need to have at least 3 years of working experience and be able to write project tender documents and manage projects from start to finish and update drawings.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
  • Proficiency in CAD drawing.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

技能

英语四级,熟悉药厂设备运行和操作原理,有很强的工艺设备专业技能,具有较强的指导和协调能力

绘制CAD图纸

责任范围 (优先排列)

技术支持

编写指定项目招投标文件,编写和审阅项目施工方案和计划,设备设施技术要求确认,项目设计的技术支持

协助工作:

协助项目经理开展项目管理工作,负责设备设施采购技术文件(标书等),支持其他项目工程师完成项目工作

EHS/GMP

保证承包商得到相关的EHS/GMP培训,做好项目的风险评估和安全应对措施,严格执行EHS和GMP相关操作程序

项目实施

保证车间、公用设施的改、扩建项目符合国家及公司的规范和规定,按计划完成,负责项目的设计、计划、技术要求,控制质量和进度,安全,负责验收并配合验收工作,及时负责更新所有完成项目中涉及项目图纸,并及时归档

检查

对项目承包商进行日常工作检查是否遵守GMP/EHS规定,并提出整改意见,符合要求

沟通与协调

与团队的其他专业工程师、主管及其部门的主管保持良好的沟通,与承包商进行有效的沟通,并保持良好的合作关系,了解市场最新医药设备、公用设备的技术信息

设备验证工作

配合工厂新设备验证(IQ/OQ)及设备重大变更的再验证(IQ/OQ)工作

遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定,并完成EHS相关工作

确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求
