Job Description

Haleon is building a new squad of Artwork Coordinators to support global projects within its centralized Artwork Hub. This role facilitates product artwork delivery and ensures seamless collaboration with the Artwork team. The coordinator provides input for continuous improvement, ensures high-quality and on-time artwork delivery, and builds relationships with internal and external functions. They act as a coordinator and expert for overall artwork delivery, linking precision with collaboration.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with SAP, Veeva highly regarded but not essential
  • Proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage
Must Have:
  • Accountable for delivery for all artwork creation and approval activities; Includes creation of project plans and timelines, deliverable assignments, status tracking, escalations
  • Ensures GxP process compliance to deliver on-time and accurate artwork
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the artwork management system; delivers training and guidance to functions
  • Manages the resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones
  • Attends project meetings and communicates with Studio counterparts, as required
  • May act as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system
  • Supports initiatives to improve data integrity across the end-to-end process, partnering with other functions as required
  • Offers recommendations and business case for procedural and service improvements and enhancements; supports implementation of process improvements, as applicable

We are currently building a new squad of 6 Artwork Coordinators to support global projects within our newly established centralized Artwork Hub.

This is an exciting new role designed to facilitate the delivery of product artwork and ensure seamless collaboration with the centralized Artwork team.

The role is expected to provide input and support for continuous improvement within the artwork ecosystem and the individual is responsible for ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of artwork. Building relationships with internal and sometimes external functions involved in the artwork process is crucial, as this person will act as a coordinator and expert for overall artwork delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery for all artwork creation and approval activities; Includes creation of project plans and timelines, deliverable assignments, status tracking, escalations
  • Ensures GxP process compliance to deliver on-time and accurate artwork
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the artwork management system; delivers training and guidance to functions
  • Manages the resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones

  • May act as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system
  • Supports initiatives to improve data integrity across the end-to-end process, partnering with other functions as required
  • Offers recommendations and business case for procedural and service improvements and enhancements; supports implementation of process improvements, as applicable

Qualifications and skills

  • 2+ years business experience
  • Experience in three of the following: artwork coordination, packaging design, external studio, printers, logistics, manufacturing, GxP processes, FMCG or other related supply operations
  • Experience with SAP, Veeva highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence and coordinate complex tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Project management and issue mitigation/escalation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English skills (C1 level); proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage.
