The Product Owner will technically own and lead a product or product family locally, ensuring robust third-party manufacturing that meets quality standards from raw materials to final packaging.
Must Have:

Be the main point of contact for all product aspects, including tech transfer, innovation, and technical performance.
Ensure all aspects of Product Quality Lifecycle Management are met and updated.
Lead actions and establish agreements with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and other related areas.
Take full responsibility for new products (NPI) transferred from R&D or donor sites.
Coordinate activities related to packaging validations or process qualifications with third parties.
Responsible for capacity improvements of all manufacturing unit processes for their product.
Participate in Due Diligence processes for evaluating potential plants for new product supply or existing product transfer.
Graduate of Chemical Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical or related career.
At least 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry in Project Management, Technical/Development, or Pharmaceutical Production.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects with members from different departments.
Understanding of unit operation, involved equipment, and packaging processes.
Intermediate-advanced English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (teamwork, effective negotiation, problem solving, decision making, critical aptitude).
Knowledge of GMP, GLP standards, basic statistics, and Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Experience in technology transfer, with understanding of process development.
Knowledge to evaluate and interpret statistical data.
Goal-oriented and committed to multidisciplinary projects.
Sense of urgency and high commitment to delivering quality and robust products.
Ability to identify key manufacturing problems, provide and challenge recommendations for their resolution.

Main responsibilities:
The product manager will be the main point of contact for all aspects of the product, including technology transfer, innovation projects, its technical performance both of the current process and of any proposed changes to it (changes that include qualification of new raw material suppliers, changes in manufacturing processes and changes in the packaging process).
Ensures that all aspects of Product Quality Lifecycle Management are met and kept up to date.
Leads actions and establishes agreements with other areas such as Production, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering and other areas related to the product it owns, including in this aspect the preparation of test batches or experiences applicable to manufacturing and packaging processes.
In the introduction of new products (NPI), the product manager takes full responsibility for it when it is transferred from R&D or from the donor site and maintains this responsibility throughout the product's life cycle.
In packaging validation, coordinate activities related to validations or process qualification in third parties to ensure the scheduling of validation or process qualification exercises and compliance with the program.
Responsible for capacity improvements of all processes in the manufacturing unit of its product, including support for OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) review and savings projects in third parties.
Participates in Due Diligence processes for evaluating potential plants for supplying new products or transferring existing products.

At least 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry in similar positions or in some of the following areas: Project Management in production plants, Technical/Development Area, Pharmaceutical production.
