Clearfacts is a leading SaaS pre-accounting platform on the BELUX market, currently serving more than 150 000 SMEs via more than 900 accountants. We are looking for a Product Owner to continue and accelerate the growth of our platform. As a Product owner at Clearfacts, you will be end-to-end responsible for a functional scope of the online platform and will work in close collaboration with multiple and various stakeholders to assure this scope meets the highest standards.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain your product roadmap, in line with the overall Product and Business strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research, maintain regular interactions, and organize workshops with our customers to identify priorities and opportunities
- Ensure your product backlog is up to date and reflects those priorities, balancing completely new feature (sets) and smaller enhancements
- Design features and write specifications for implementation by the development team
- Work regularly and in very close collaboration with development team to ensure efficient planning, implementation and validation of prodcut features
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Customer Succes Management, Communications & Marketing) and your own team to ensure adoption of new product features and up to date documentation
- Determine and coordinate appropriate go-live approach of your projects
- Monitor post go-live adoption (via data and/or user feedback) of new features and project to ensure they meet their goals and identify possible enhancements.
- Contribute to the overall strategic product planning and vision.
Your skills
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or technology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is a must.
- Requirements analysis: you can understand the problems needs of your customers and other stakeholders and structure them accordingly
- Solution oriented: you're a creative but pragmatic problem solver
- UX/UI Design: Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience is a plus
- Project Management: Ability to manage tasks, timelines and milestones for projects
- Data Analysis: Skilled in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions.
- Communication: You are an effective communicator on both technical and business requirements and constraints
- Domain knowledge: Prior experience in the accounting or financial sector is a plus
