Job Description

The Senior QA Analyst is a leader in maintaining document quality and operational efficiency. This position manages the formatting QA queue, oversees template compliance metrics, and mentors junior QA analysts. The Senior QA Analyst drives continuous improvement of internal processes through governance, training, and insights based on consultant document performance data.
Must have:
  • Manage the QA formatting queue, balancing urgency, volume, and analyst availability.
  • Oversee adoption and compliance of deliverable templates across the Services organization.
  • Lead updates to SOPs and quality assurance documentation, incorporating best practices and feedback.
  • Analyze and report on consultant quality metrics (grammar, formatting, adherence to templates).
  • Partner with QRM leadership to identify training needs and propose solutions for common formatting issues.
  • Coach and mentor Associate QA Analysts and QA Analysts, providing feedback and supporting development.
  • 4-7 years experience in editing, technical writing, or document quality assurance
  • MSOS - Microsoft Office Specialist
Good to have:
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Certified Professional Technical Communicator -STC
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC
  • ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (ASQ CQIA)

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage the QA formatting queue, balancing urgency, volume, and analyst availability.
  • Oversee adoption and compliance of deliverable templates across the Services organization.

What we're looking for

  • 4-7 years experience in editing, technical writing, or document quality assurance Required
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and manage workflows. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Advanced knowledge of Optiv style guidelines, macros, and deliverable expectations. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels and departments. (Advanced proficiency)
  • MSOS - Microsoft Office Specialist Required
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Preferred
