The Sr. Sales Supervisor, BRM at Haleon is responsible for formulating and implementing retail broad market strategies in the assigned region, focusing on developing, maintaining, and managing retail broad markets and ensuring effective sales strategy execution for terminal customers. This role involves supporting key commercial clients' growth, achieving sales targets, and increasing market share, particularly in 7 prefectural cities of Hunan. Key duties include managing distributors, driving broad retail projects, maintaining client relationships, consolidating channels, and analyzing sales data to expand product influence and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

About the role:

  • Formulate and implement retail broad market strategies within the region in accordance with the company's overall policy.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of retail broad markets in the assigned region, and the effective execution of sales strategies for terminal customers within the assigned region.
  • Support the business development and growth of key commercial clients in the assigned region, in line with company planning.
  • Achieve the company's product sales targets with key clients, increase market share, and enhance control over key retail terminal markets in this region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the broad retail business planning and achievement in 7 prefectural cities of Hunan (Northern Hunan).
  • Manage regional distributors to achieve and ensure the company's sales targets. Responsible for promoting broad retail projects with project distributors, including advancing annual agreements, product distribution, and executing marketing activities.
  • Responsible for daily communication and maintenance with key chains and large single stores in the region, identifying in-store business opportunities.
  • Responsible for communication with wholesale businesses in the region and channel consolidation.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of broad retail clients in the assigned region, including increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution and growth, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, market activity execution, sales data analysis, market information collection and feedback, continuously expanding the company's product market share, brand visibility, and influence at the terminal, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
  • Maintain close coordination and cooperation with company headquarters and relevant regional functional departments to actively promote healthy and sustainable business development.
  • Communicate with regional client headquarters and branches, maintain good client cooperation relationships, manage the profitability of clients in the assigned region (including contract terms execution, cost control, and promotion evaluation), and conduct regular business reviews with client business departments.

Requirements:

  • College degree or above, in medicine, marketing, or related major.
  • Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer product sales, key account management, and channel management.
  • Familiar with the company's products, competitive market conditions, and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Proficient in the working processes and operational characteristics of commercial channel sales, with some knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Proficient in computer operation and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), etc.

  • Logical thinking and market analysis skills
  • Personnel coaching ability
