Position Overview

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on data leader to shape the future of SEO performance at Autodesk. As Senior Search Intelligence Manager you’ll build the systems, insights, and frameworks that help us measure what matters—and act on it. This role sits at the intersection of SEO data, content strategy, and business impact. You won’t just surface what’s working; you’ll influence what we do next.

You’ll be part of a passionate, data-driven team that makes SEO scalable, measurable, and accountable. Your work will power dashboards, uncover opportunities, and guide teams across product, content, and marketing toward continuous improvement. In this high-impact role, you will be part of a team that accelerates Autodesk’s revenue and traffic growth through building digital content that our audiences crave.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a scalable search intelligence framework—defining how we collect, connect, and activate data across SEO tools, Snowflake, and Power BI
  • Translate search signals into actionable insights that inform page performance, keyword opportunity, and content strategy at scale
  • Drive strategic alignment across SEO, analytics, and product marketing by packaging insights into clear narratives that influence prioritization
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to evolve our SEO data pipeline architecture and improve self-serve analytics for SEO stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a proactive monitoring system for identifying emerging content trends, visibility drops, and AI search shifts
  • Champion a “decision-ready” data culture across SEO by standardizing KPIs, taxonomy, and measurement best practices
  • Collaborate with the Content Studio team to identify where insights should shape refreshes, consolidation, or new content creation
  • Represent SEO insights in business reviews and roadmap planning conversations across marketing and digital teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in SEO, digital analytics, or performance marketing with a focus on search data and decision-making at scale
  • Strong hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred), SEO platforms (GSC, SEMrush), and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern data environments such as Snowflake and BigQuery; bonus if you’ve worked with APIs or custom ETL pipelines
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence business priorities
  • Excellent communication skills—can tailor insights to stakeholders at all levels, from content creators to executives
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategy and KPIs, and how they connect to the full marketing and content funnel
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
  • Passion for innovation in search—especially AI, structured data, and the evolving search landscape
  • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation
