Job Description
The Role
We are currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Investment Data Platform team! In this role, you will own the opportunity to architect and implement the next-generation compute platform, tackling complex scalability challenges to meet the demand of Addepar’s exponential growth and global expansion. We are looking for a passionate and self motivating software engineer who cares deeply about code quality, performance, and building high-scale systems.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $174,000 - $273,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
