As a recruiter on the APAC Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential candidates for various positions. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their needs, as well as with other key members of the Recruitment and People Team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit all roles in Taiwan and Hong Kong, with additional support for other APAC countries as needed.
- Prioritize diversity in all recruitment activities, developing innovative strategies to attract a wide range of talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing/screening candidates to evaluating skills, facilitating interviews, and managing offer proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in Workday (ATS).
- Ensure effective communication and preparedness within the interview team throughout the hiring process.
- Actively contribute to building and strengthening the talent brand and pipeline.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the intern program.
- Organize and conduct campus and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies, establishing clear service level agreements with hiring managers.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and interview teams on best practices for hiring and appropriate interviewing conduct.
Qualifications:
- Based in Taiwan
- Proficient in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related discipline, with essential expertise in technical recruiting
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with senior-level leaders
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, demonstrating adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment
- Experience in independently solving complex challenges and delivering significant impact
- Excellent judgment and strong independent work ethic, complemented by robust verbal and written communication skills
- Directly source a diverse pool of candidates, encompassing both experienced professionals and interns
- Proficiency in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting
- Effective communication skills, coupled with the ability to take initiative, influence others, and cultivate productive relationships
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in tech companies
- Highly proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Workday
- Demonstrated knowledge of talent markets in the APAC region
