We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic product team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll help create seamless and accessible digital experiences that align with our brand identity and business goals. Responsibilities include collaborating on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, conducting user research, and translating complex problems into refined solutions.

Must Have

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and polished visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing responsive layouts and mobile/tablet interfaces.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.

Job Overview

You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams — including product managers, developers, and stakeholders — you’ll help create seamless and accessible digital experiences that align with our brand identity and business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex business and user problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined solutions.
• Design trendy and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability across devices and platforms.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards to ensure product consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide guidance during implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design technologies.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design (agency, product, or in-house).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, problem-solving ability, and polished visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing responsive layouts and mobile/tablet interfaces (iOS and Android).
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to present and justify design choices confidently.
