Job Description

As a marketing intern or apprentice at 52 Entertainment, you will be at the heart of Bridge Base Online (BBO) marketing operations. Integrated into an international team, you will actively participate in the management and execution of event and LiveOps campaigns, while occasionally contributing to content creation to strengthen our brand image and the engagement of our player community. Your responsibilities include participating in the management of CRM and LiveOps campaigns via Braze (segmentation, sending, management), collaborating on the implementation of online bridge event projects (community management, writing emails, articles...), conducting competitive intelligence and proposing optimizations on acquisition and loyalty strategies, and monitoring and analyzing KPIs to optimize campaign performance.

En tant que stagiaire ou alternant(e) marketing chez 52 Entertainment, vous serez au cœur des opérations marketing de Bridge Base Online (BBO).

Intégré(e) à une équipe internationale, vous participerez activement à la gestion et à l’exécution des campagnes événementielles et LiveOps, tout en contribuant ponctuellement à la création de contenus pour renforcer notre image de marque et l’engagement de notre communauté de joueurs.

Missions proposées:

Participer à la gestion des campagnes CRM et LiveOps via Braze (segmentation, envoi, gestion).
Collaborer à la mise en œuvre de projets événementiels en ligne autour du bridge (community management, rédaction de mails, articles…).
Réaliser une veille concurrentielle et proposer des optimisations sur les stratégies d’acquisition et de fidélisation.
Suivre et analyser les KPI pour optimiser les performances des campagnes.
