Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in creator ecosystem or media communication;

2. Deep understanding of short videos, with good knowledge of hot content, traffic trends, algorithm mechanisms, and KOL attributes on different content platforms (e.g., Douyin, Xiaohongshu);

3. Love communicating with creators, with great interest and passion for player co-creation;

4. High sensitivity and insight into market trends and popular culture; highly sensitive to major events, emergencies, hot events, and popular culture;

5. Possess good cross-departmental collaboration skills, rigorous logic, and clear expression;

6. In-depth understanding of dress-up and female-oriented users, Shining Nikki players preferred.
