Streaming Engineer

We’re looking for a Streaming Engineer to take charge of Monarch’s live stream operations, ensuring efficiency from launch to finish.

Compensation is on par with experience and we offer generous pay for top-tier skills. The availability to travel for extended periods of time is required and the ability to manage studio logistics while on the go is a must.

About the Job:

• Design, build, and maintain a best-in-class streaming infrastructure
• Manage all technical aspects of our live streams, including setup, encoding, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance stream quality, performance, and audience engagement
• Collaborate closely with the Monarch’s team to grow his streaming presence

About You:

• Inside-out knowledge of Kick/Twitch functionality, settings, and best practices
• Fluent in streaming protocols, codecs, bitrate optimization, and CDNs
• Wield streaming software (OBS Studio, XSplit) and hardware (encoders, capture cards) like a gigachad
• Diagnose and diffuse technical issues related to streaming setups, software, and internet
• Understand the live production flow (pre-production, production, post-production); basic editing skills a plus
