Ready to join the Competence Center for Crypto and Security group?

We currently have an opening for a student Python software engineer.

You can apply and expand your knowledge in Python programming based on your existing experience and your interests to influence new innovative security technologies in products and to ensure that products achieve best in class security.

The responsibilities of this exciting, varied role will include:

• Development activities in a Python based security tooling
• Refining a software composition analysis tool and its application
• Collaborate with global IT teams on deployment topics
• Refine best practices to assure an effective application.

To ensure your successful performance in this role, the following is desired:

• Have experience in the design and development of (secure) software
• Have good knowledge of the Python programming language that you have applied in practice already
• Be familiar with "state of the art" software tools, CI/CD, secure software engineering processes (SSDLC), IoT solutions and service (depending on area of expertise)
• Have excellent communication skills, are willing to listen and adapt
• Work in a global, inclusive, multi-cultural environment.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Bachelor, preferred in Software Engineering, Engineering, Electrical engineering, or Computer Science.

Contract: 1 year contract, with the possibility of part time working
