Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated creative leader with a deep passion for video games to define and drive the visual vision of our AAA projects. The Art Director will inspire and mentor a talented art team, shaping unforgettable worlds. Responsibilities include supervising 3D game art creation, setting artistic standards, overseeing guidelines for all production aspects, partnering with Creative and Technical Leads, and collaborating with marketing for promotional materials.
Must Have:
- Mentor, direct, and supervise a dedicated art team in creating AAA 3D games.
- Define and oversee artistic guidelines across all aspects of production.
- Partner with Creative and Technical Leads to merge visuals, technology, and gameplay into a cohesive AAA experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to design and deliver promotional materials, trailers, and campaigns.

Under the guidance of the Studio Manager, you will:
- Mentor, direct, and supervise a dedicated art team in creating AAA 3D games.
- Challenge innovation and set artistic standards through the visual identity you establish for each project.
- Define and oversee artistic guidelines across all aspects of production: characters, vehicles, environments, props, cinematics, special effects, and post-processing.
- Empower Team Leads and their teams to achieve best-in-class quality.
- Partner with Creative and Technical Leads to merge visuals, technology, and gameplay into a cohesive AAA experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to design and deliver promotional materials, trailers, and campaigns.
