Job Description
Execution of calculation notes, lashing plans, handling kinematics, and production of all documents allowing validation or preparation of lashing operations for the transport of nuclear material packages and/or large components, for all modes of transport.
- Drafting of lashing/securing notes for all transport modes (road, rail, maritime) according to EN12195.
- Design of lashing/securing plans according to EN12195 and procedures (with Autocad and/or Solidworks).
- Creation of all types of plans according to transport and handling needs.
- Execution of feasibility studies for multimodal transport of heavy packages.
- Research of road itineraries for heavy package transport (+100 tons).
- Execution of itinerary reconnaissance for road transport.
- Drafting of itinerary reconnaissance reports.
- Participation in the creation of the authorization file for a new type of wagon.
- Drafting of justification notes for the AsBo/NoB file.
- Drafting of a safety assessment report.
- Liaison with the third-party organization responsible for certifying the file.
- Submission and follow-up of the file on the EPSF platform.
- Execution of package loading studies on wagons.
- Research of railway transport means adapted to the packages to be transported – feasibility study – definition of lashing means, according to UI rules.
- Perform the technical-economic study for railway transport of heavy packages.
- Creation of wagon loading plans.
Qualifications
- Engineer training or higher education (master's degree).
- Knowledge of the transport sector and, if possible, heavy package transport (> 100 tons).
- Knowledge of lashing/securing standards applicable to multimodal transport.
- Knowledge of Autocad and SolidWorks tools.
- Knowledge of the railway environment (Network, Equipment, traffic, standards).
- Pragmatic, rigorous, organized, autonomous.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Solution and results-oriented.
