We are hiring for a Finance Director to manage our Supply Chain business in Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT). The key purpose of the role are the following:
Key Purpose of Role
- Responsible for end-to-end (E2E) delivery for Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) BU
- Lead Supply Chain Finance team to ensure fiscal discipline and cost management & improvement, across Sites, CMO and E2E Supply Chain costs.
- Finance Partner to SEAT BU Supply Chain Leadership team, working closely support delivery of business goals
- Partner BU simple innovation process to bridging Supply Chain (SC) / Commercial functions

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Cost / Cash performance for SEAT Supply Chain by providing timely financial analysis and counsel, highlighting monthly performance variances, evaluating capital investments and recommending immediate corrective actions to improve cost efficiencies in achieving business goals.
- Define local timelines for Factories / Markets aligned with Haleon corporate requirements and in agreement with Entity finance teams for finalisation & submission of monthly results, periodic financial forecasts, and annual Budgets. Meet all agreed timelines through proper BISON & Dashboard submission.
- Lead annual 3 year SEAT supply chain Plan in support of delivery of business goals/ cost & cash aspirations
- Lead annual standard setting for existing and new products, ensuring close collaboration and alignment of volume forecast from business
- Drive & Support Cost savings program in Supply Chain in line with cost targets; Establish and maintain a dynamic cost monitoring & ongoing forecasting process keeping abreast with all environmental changes, fiscal changes & business needs
- Provide Decision Support analysis for all strategic business initiatives, including capital investments, network projects, in partnership with Supply Chain, Business, Tax / Legal where applicable
- Work closely with C&C team and ensure Haleon corporate policies and IAS are followed; establish processes for ensuring consistent compliance thereof.
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures across the Supply Chain to meet Audit requirements and ensure high levels of Corporate Governance across the Supply Chain.
- Develop Self , Factory/Market SC Fin team members
Requirements:
Basic qualifications:
- Finance or Business Administration qualified, 10 or more years in Finance/Business Partnering role in multinational companies or management consulting
- Financially qualified, possibly with internationally recognized Finance Qualification or MBA. Educated in IFRS
- The candidate should have strong leadership & influencing skills, good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills ability to handle sensitivity/ confidentiality levels appropriately, analytical mind and a strong sense of team-work and customer focus & sense of urgency
Technical skills:
- A good understanding of commercial business and broader FMCG / FMCH environment is critical for this role. As financial partnering will apply to many different areas of the business, ability to understand and interpret different business areas will be required.
- Understand CCC process and Haleon system.
- Understand ROI/NRM/ZBB concepts.
Business skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which enable liaison with internal parties
- Solid business partnering and the management of Financial Performance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Solving complex problems, project management which include adherence to best practices
- High accountability and commitment and sense of urgency
- Well organized and prioritize work to avoid last minute surprise.
Leadership skills:
- The role holder needs to manage all finance partnering aspects of the Southeast Asia & Taiwan BU business to support Leadership Team and BU Finance Director for effective decision making and deliver strong business results.
- Able to form good relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand the business model/Route to Market and able to use the right source of data to perform the analysis
