The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enterprise Sales for Health at TelevisaUnivision will maximize revenue by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. This role involves leading a sales team, developing and executing strategic solutions, and fostering C-Suite relationships. The SVP will leverage extensive knowledge in the Healthcare/Personal Care/Pharmaceutical sectors, participate in industry events, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an influential leader with strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for Hispanic consumers.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is the leading media company serving Hispanic America. TelevisaUnivision is seeking a highly experienced & motivated senior sales executive to lead the Health Vertical.

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enterprise Sales at TelevisaUnivision, your primary role is maximizing revenue by activating new clients and delivering outsized growth from existing ones. You are responsible for leading a dedicated team of sales executives, creating and implementing strategies and tactical solutions to drive client impact and outcome.

Responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining C-Suite and marketing leadership relationships. Extensive knowledge and experience within the Healthcare / Personal Care and Pharmaceutical verticals and go-to-market strategies is essential. As SVP, you will participate in industry events/conferences, engage in discussions to establish TelevisaUnivision as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the market.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Lead a team of dedicated client-direct sellers assigned to the category.
  • Work in partnership with executive teams, build and implement category strategies.
  • Leverage current senior executive relationships to build and develop deeper client relationships at the C-Suite level.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing processes that enhance team performance, track revenue delivery and forecasting, and foster accountability.
  • Lead monthly cross-functional working groups to align internal stakeholders on category strategy and performance, reinforcing company-wide rigor and transparency.
  • Partner closely with the EVP of US Enterprise Sales to operationalize and advance the broader Enterprise strategy—providing regular updates on category development efforts, highlighting progress, surfacing challenges, and identifying strategic opportunities for acceleration.
  • Participate in industry events & conferences to position TU as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or at least 10+ years of Marketing/Sales within the Healthcare / Personal Care and/or Pharmaceutical space.
  • Extensive experience in sales/business development capacity working directly with high-level decision makers: C-Suite, SVPs/VPs/Directors of Marketing, Brand Managers, and Account leads/Media Director at agencies.
  • Domain expertise in the category vertical.
  • Established strong relationships/connections with C-Suite decision-makers in the category.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Must bring unique strengths in the areas of strategic thinking and analytical capability coupled with business strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a best-in-class storyteller.
  • A passion for Hispanic consumers.
  • Strong thinker who can build a compelling business case.
  • Must be able to work independently and be a strong advocate for self/team.
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and detailed oriented.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work from an office in New York City
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Base pay Range:

$250,000 - $400,000 + bonus and benefits

“The annual base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $400,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and internal equity.”
