Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated System Administrator / IT Service Technician (M/F/D) to join our growing team. The role involves the administration and further development of Linux-based server landscapes, ensuring system availability and security, and supporting IT projects and rollouts. You will also integrate and manage application software, secure systems according to current standards, automate recurring tasks with scripts, and provide 2nd level support. Additionally, you will plan, prepare, and conduct technical training sessions. We offer a strong team-oriented and friendly work culture, flexible working hours, and opportunities for remote work.

Wir suchen einen hoch motivierten Systemadministrator / IT-Servicetechniker (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Meiningen. Das wären Deine Aufgaben:

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung Linux-basierter Serverlandschaften

  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -sicherheit

  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts

  • Integration und Betreuung unserer Applikationssoftware

  • Absicherung der Systeme nach aktuellen Sicherheitsstandards

  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mittels Skripten

  • Fehleranalyse und 2nd-Level-Support für produktive Systeme

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung technischer Schulungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux-Systemen

  • Kenntnisse in Docker und Container-Orchestrierung

  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Netzwerktechnologien

  • Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit, Backup-Strategien und Monitoring-Tools

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

  • Führerschein der Klasse B
