◆職務内容
当社エンタテインメントゲーム機器に搭載されるOSのカーネル部分の開発を担当して頂きます。
担当分野は、以下の中から適性をみた上で1つ以上を担当して頂く予定です。
これ以外にもさまざまなカーネルの開発作業を担当して頂くことがあります。
- カーネル内のスレッドスケジューラ
- 仮想メモリシステム
- デバッガ･性能解析ツールの実装に必要となるカーネル内設備
- デバイスドライバの開発保守 (USB, ネットワークデバイス, bluetoothのドライバについては
  別チームが存在しており、本募集における担当外になります) 
- セキュリティの強化(カーネルエクスプロイトへの対策)
- ファイルシステムまた、カーネルはその上で動作するプログラムやシステム全体にも関わる部分であり、
  カーネルの枠を超えてシステムの設計を多数の人と共に進める事もあります。

◆職場紹介
当社エンタテインメントゲーム機器用システムソフトウェアや
ゲーム開発用プラットフォーム･SDKを支える基盤となるOSのカーネルおよび
プログラム開発環境について研究と開発を担当しています。
この業務を10名程度のメンバで担当しています。
当社エンタテインメントゲーム機器に特化した独自の技術開発は数千万台規模で
稼働中の機器を支える中核技術の一つであり、大変やりがいのある業務です。
他部署のテクニカルサポートチームを通じて、国内外のゲーム開発者と
コミュニケーションをとる機会もございます。他部署のエンジニアとの交流も盛んです。
総じてフランクな職場です。 

◆応募資格

【必須条件】
- UNIX系OS, リアルタイムOSのいずれかで
　カーネルそのものやカーネルモードで動作するデバイスドライバの開発経験を有すること
- 英語の読み書き能力
　- 技術文書の読み書きができること
　- 海外にいるエンジニアと英文で技術的議論ができること

【歓迎条件】
- コンピュータ･OS･コンパイラ･デバッガ等ソフトウェアの低層に関する知識とそれらの開発経験
- 英語でのリモート会議や対面のミーティングに対して物怖じしない人

- 思いついたアイデアが出たら、まずはプログラムして試してみる事が好きな人
- 既存のアイデアを理解し、それに対して自分のアイデアをチームのメンバに説明し改善に向けて議論ができる人
