Job Description

As a Systems Architect, you will define and develop technical architecture for advanced driver assistance systems, translating complex requirements into comprehensive system designs. You will ensure safety, reliability, and performance of next-generation automotive technologies, lead platform architecture adaptation for customer projects, and oversee product architecture integration from various components, including third-party solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with AUTOSAR architecture.
  • Familiarity with V-model development process.
  • Experience with functional safety analysis (FMEA, FTA, HARA).
Must Have:
  • Design and develop system architecture for customer products including features and components interactions.
  • Adapt platform architectures to meet specific customer project requirements and constraints.
  • Lead architectural decisions and trade-off analyses to optimize system performance, safety, and cost.
  • Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and explain technical solutions.
  • Lead integration of product architecture components, including internally developed systems and buy parts/third-party solutions.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and system requirements documentation.
  • Manage technical interfaces between subsystems and the broader vehicle architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, safety, and validation engineers.
  • Develop functional safety concepts in compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
  • Ensure system designs meet automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
  • Strong understanding of automotive system architecture, including hardware-software interfaces.
  • Experience adapting platform architectures to meet diverse customer requirements.
  • Experience with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet).
  • Proficiency in system modeling tools and methodologies (SysML, UML).
  • Familiarity with sensor technologies (radar, camera, lidar, ultrasonic).
  • Understanding of control systems, signal processing, and computer vision algorithms.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on ADAS or autonomous driving technologies
  • Strong understanding of automotive system architecture, including hardware-software interfaces
  • Experience adapting platform architectures to meet diverse customer requirements
  • Experience with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262)
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)
  • Proficiency in system modeling tools and methodologies (SysML, UML)
  • Familiarity with sensor technologies (radar, camera, lidar, ultrasonic)
