Tool Maker

The Tool Maker is responsible for the complete lifecycle of moulds, including assembly, corrections, and qualification. This role involves repairing and maintaining press tools and dies, as well as handling and proving precision multi-cavity moulds. The Tool Maker will also collaborate with design and production teams to enhance tool performance and ensure moulds are prepared for qualification and shipment according to customer specifications.

Must Have

• Mould assembly, corrections and mould qualification
• Repair and maintain press tools, die repairs
• Skill to handle and prove precision multi cavity moulds individually
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve tool performance and reduce downtime
• Prepare the mould for qualification and shipment, as per customer specification
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering
