The role involves providing expertise in operating system engineering, advanced technical support, and acting as an escalation point for IT incidents. Responsibilities include developing system standards, scripting, documenting engineering work, leading project teams, and ensuring system performance and reliability through monitoring and optimization.

Must Have

• Provide expertise in operating system engineering
• Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for IT incidents, including with third parties
• Participate in developing system standards, policies, and procedures
• Design, program, and modify scripts (in various scripting languages)
• Document engineering work, incident resolution, and recurring incidents; create technical analysis, performance, and improvement reports
• Lead project teams and serve as a resource for other team members
• Plan, implement, and perform maintenance including upgrades/patches for core operating systems and related components
• Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring systems for high availability, load balancing, and satisfactory response times
• Work with other IT professionals to resolve performance issues and optimize performance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2025
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM is essential
• Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, Python, etc.)
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with O365 and Exchange
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare...)
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• In-depth knowledge of French and English (Min. B2)

Good to Have

• Experience in the banking sector

• Participate in developing system standards, policies, and procedures
• Design, program, and modify scripts (in various scripting languages) if necessary
• Document engineering work, incident resolution, and recurring incidents; create technical analysis, performance, and improvement reports
• Lead project teams and serve as a resource for other team members
• Plan, implement, and perform maintenance including upgrades/patches for core operating systems and their related components, following industry best practices
• Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring systems for high availability, load balancing, and satisfactory response times
