Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a talented, motivated, and ambitious Windows System Engineer. The role involves providing expertise in operating system engineering, advanced technical support, and acting as an escalation point for IT incidents. Responsibilities include developing system standards, scripting, documenting engineering work, leading project teams, and ensuring system performance and reliability through monitoring and optimization.

Must Have:

Provide expertise in operating system engineering
Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for IT incidents, including with third parties
Participate in developing system standards, policies, and procedures
Design, program, and modify scripts (in various scripting languages)
Document engineering work, incident resolution, and recurring incidents; create technical analysis, performance, and improvement reports
Lead project teams and serve as a resource for other team members
Plan, implement, and perform maintenance including upgrades/patches for core operating systems and related components
Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring systems for high availability, load balancing, and satisfactory response times
Work with other IT professionals to resolve performance issues and optimize performance
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2025
Experience with Microsoft SCCM is essential
Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, Python, etc.)
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with O365 and Exchange
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare...)
Knowledge of ITIL methodology
In-depth knowledge of French and English (Min. B2)

Provide expertise in operating system engineering
Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for IT incidents and service requests, including with third parties (e.g., a manufacturer or supplier) if necessary
Participate in developing system standards, policies, and procedures
Design, program, and modify scripts (in various scripting languages) if necessary
Document engineering work, incident resolution, and recurring incidents; create technical analysis, performance, and improvement reports
Lead project teams and serve as a resource for other team members
Plan, implement, and perform maintenance including upgrades/patches for core operating systems and their related components, following industry best practices
Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring systems for high availability, load balancing, and satisfactory response times
Work with other IT professionals to resolve performance issues and optimize performance.
