Voodoo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Engineering & Data team in Paris. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include proactively building a strong candidate pipeline, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, cultivating employee referral relationships, and improving recruiting processes. The position requires 3 days/week onsite presence in Paris.
Must have:
- 3+ years IT recruitment experience
- Familiar with fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical & organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and French

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
This role will be dedicated to recruiting for the Engineering & Data business unit, so focused on technical roles.
You will be part of a small and high-performing team, and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world to join our team based in Paris.
This role requires to be onsite 3 days/week (Paris)
Role
- Drives full-cycle recruiting for various corporate and business teams: proactively sources, engages, maintains, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
- Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
- Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
- Ensures top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
- Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
Profile
- +3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Familiar with fast-paced and delivery driven environments
- Ability to build a true business partnership
- Great analytical and organizational skills
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- Keen to provide a great candidates experience
- Curious and business-oriented
- Fluent in English and French
