About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Experience Specialist & HR Admin to lead and elevate our people operations. This role combines employee experience, HR administration, and policy compliance, ensuring that our team members are supported throughout their journey while the company remains aligned with best-in-class HR practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, and employee relations, along with a passion for creating a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end talent experience, from onboarding through the full employee journey.
- Champion employee well-being and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Design and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions.
- Support policy creation, review, and implementation, aligning with best HR practices.
- Manage benefits administration and coordinate with payroll as needed.
- Talent Operations & Support
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance, growth, and conflict resolution.
- Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) and recommend improvements.
- Support recruitment processes as needed, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee journey.
- Learning & Development (Nice-to-Have)
- Support with training resources and coordinate occasional learning initiatives to encourage professional growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee experience programs and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support.
- Experience working in an international or remote-first environment is a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the Rippling platform (HRIS/payroll) — not required, but a strong advantage.
