Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition who will lead our recruitment process and contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and internal engagement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building strong talent pipelines.
Must have:
  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Build effective hiring plans
  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and industry communities
  • Plan and deliver internal events and initiatives
  • Enhance employee engagement and company culture
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Report on hiring metrics
  • Provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition who will lead our recruitment process and contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and internal engagement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring plans.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through communication with candidates, partners, and social channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, schools, and industry communities.
  • Plan and deliver internal events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture (e.g., onboarding sessions, team bonding, career talks, etc.).
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience through streamlined and human-centric recruitment practices.
  • Report on hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles. Experience in tech or creative industries is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • A good eye for potential and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
  • Experience with organizing internal events and communicating with external partners.
  • A self-starter with creativity, energy, and attention to detail.
