Haleon is a leading consumer health company focused on improving everyday health through a portfolio of category-leading brands. This role is an exciting opportunity to deepen Recruitment and Human Resource knowledge in a fast-paced global environment. The Recruitment Staff will provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process and assist Diversity Recruiters with scheduling events, metrics, and reporting. Responsibilities include candidate search, resume screening, diversity conference planning, event support, coordinating recruitment schedules, managing online advertising, event preparation, managing recruitment expenses, evaluating Diversity Recruiting activity, and providing administrative support to the US Diversity Lead and team leads. The role also involves reviewing Diversity Recruiting processes and identifying innovative recruitment tools, as well as managing internal shared areas and updating the website.
Must have:
  • High School diploma or 2-year degree
  • 4+ years as an Administrative Assistant
  • Fluency in English, Czech, and Slovak
  • Experience in recruiting
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of recruiting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Skilled at responding to complex inquiries
  • Ability to use judgment and initiative
  • Discretion and confidence in dealing with people
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your Recruitment and Human Resource knowledge in a fast paced and exciting global environment? If so, this is the role for you.

As Recruitment Staff you will be responsible for providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. You will also assist the Diversity Recruiters with various duties such as scheduling events, metrics, and reporting.


Role responsibilities:
 

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support recruiters in candidate search and resume screening

  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist in the diversity conference planning

  • Travel and support branding opportunities at events

  • Coordinate recruitment schedules and activities across multiple GSK business

  • Build contacts at key events and ensure all information is up to date

  • Manage our online advertising with our external partners to create materials to promote opportunities

  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate event preparation materials and meetings

  • Manage recruitment expenses and ensure adequate reporting

  • Review and evaluate Diversity Recruiting activity to deliver metrics, reporting, feedback, statistics, and benchmarking data

  • Provide administrative and back up support for US Diversity Lead and team leads

  • Review Diversity Recruiting processes and help the team to identify new and innovative recruitment tools

  • Manage the teams internal shared areas and update the website as needed

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High School diploma or a 2-year degree

  • 4+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Fluency in English, Czech and Slovak (a must)

  • Experience in recruiting

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge in various software programs for recruiting, talent management, and vendor management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint

  • Skilled at responding to complex inquiries

  • Ability to utilize proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately

  • Ability to use discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels

  • Experience in a high volume and fast paced recruitment environment

  • Well organized, able to prioritize work, and manage competing priorities

  • Demonstrates attention to detail
