Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, set expectations, create candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies. They will use various sourcing techniques, conduct behavioral interviews, and utilize assessment tools to screen candidates. The selected candidate will then consult with the hiring manager to make the final selection and extend offers. The role involves entering applicant flow information into the recruiting system and providing new hire information to the HR department in a timely and accurate manner. Job Details

Upon receipt of an approved requisition to hire, conducts a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process, create desired candidate profile, develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain an acceptable pool of well-qualified candidates Utilize behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools as needed to screen qualified candidates for a final slate to present to the hiring manager Consult with the hiring manager in making the final candidate selection for an offer Consult with the hiring manager, HR Contact and compensation as needed to develop the offer package Extend and negotiate the offer package Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Recruiting System and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner
