Job Summary
As a Talent Advisor, you will work with clients to fill their hiring needs and candidates in their job search, managing the entire recruitment cycle. You will maintain and grow a client portfolio and close deals. You will work closely with team members to discuss industry trends, share market intelligence, and assist one another in closing deals. You will also be responsible for identifying and reaching out to candidates, offering advice on hiring trends, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. nahc.io is a boutique headhunting firm centered around long-standing and meaningful connections with a focus on putting people first.
Must Have
- 2+ years of recruitment industry experience preferred.
- High-flyer with a track record of strong billing performance.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and accountable.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

OVERVIEW
As a Talent Advisor, you’ll work with clients to fill their hiring needs and candidates in their job search; managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Your goal will be to maintain and grow a client portfolio and close deals in nahc.io’s core industries or lead in developing our business in a new industry. You will work closely with team members to discuss industry trends and share market intelligence, and assist one another in closing deals to ensure that we’re delivering the best results and service to our clients. Your role will grow nahc.io strategically and build on our reputation as a trusted team of consultants in all markets.

- Prefer 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry. Less than 2 years of experience, or work experience in human resources, sales or account servicing role with comparable goals and responsibilities in other industries will be considered.

- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques to gather market intelligence and build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Identify and proactively reach out to and build a network with candidates that match the clients’ hiring needs
- Offer advice to clients on hiring trends, hiring strategy, talent pool changes. Offer advice to candidates on CV writing skills, interview coaching, and career advice.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including building and growing deeper client relationships, interviewing candidates to vet them for client needs, negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising offer details between the client and candidate.
- Advise and work alongside clients on enhancing their talent infrastructure, including employer branding, recruitment processes, interview coaching, payroll, compensation and benefits, retention strategies, and talent growth planning. Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted partner in ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
